The person to whom the data refer has the right to have his inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. Depending on the purpose of the processing, the person to whom the data refers has the right to supplement his/her incomplete personal data, which includes giving an additional statement (Article 29 of the ZZPL).
The person to whom the data refers has the right to have his personal data deleted if the conditions from Article 30 of the ZZPL are met.
