This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data for website visitors in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (paragraf.rs) ("Official Gazette of RS", number: 87/18, hereinafter referred to as ZZPL). In connection with the performance of our activities, we also apply the provisions of other laws that regulate activities, i.e. communications aimed at promoting goods, services or the business reputation of legal entities, e.g. Law on Electronic Commerce ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 41/2009, 95/2013, 52/2019).
We inform you about the information we collect from you when you send us an inquiry by filling out the contact forms found on the website of the domain www.elixirgroup.rs for the purpose of information, establishment of business cooperation or potential employment. By collecting this information, we act as the Controller of Personal Data Processing in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Serbia (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 87/2018) and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of the EU (GDPR), as well as Directives ePrivacy.

The legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data, in the sense of Article 12 of the ZZPL, can be: the consent of the person to whom the data refer for one or more purposes
(Article 12 paragraph 1), necessary processing for the contract or pre-contract (Article 12 paragraph 1) or to comply with the legal obligations of the Controller (Article 12 paragraph 3),
as well as carrying out work in the public interest or exercising legally prescribed powers or legitimate interests of the Controller
(Article 12, paragraph 5 and 6, unless the interests of those persons prevail, or minors are involved); for more detailed information, see the terms of the Act.
The ROOSTER website does not collect information about your personal identity, except for the purposes of information, establishment of business cooperation and
of potential employment at your request, which you sent by filling out the contact form on one of the pages on the domain www.rooster.in.rs
The pages on the website provide general information about our products, solutions and services, employment opportunities and provide complete information for investors.
There is no user registration on the website.
Data that is collected through contact forms or is part of a document that you have attached to us, will be used by ROOSTER for the purpose of preparing and informing the user about the offer of a certain product/service, arranging a meeting with the user regarding that offer,
contracting further procedures regarding potential employment at the user's request and sending answers to the user's inquiries, in the time period required to achieve the purpose. ROOSTER will not transfer data collected in this way to third parties.
We may also collect your data in order to achieve the legitimate interests of ROOSTER, unless those interests are overridden by yours or the interests of fundamental rights and freedoms. By legitimate interests we mean first of all: to contact you in case
claims, complaints, sending responses to your request or inquiry, in order to improve the quality of our services and customer support.

Right of access
The data subject has the right to request information on whether ROOSTER processes his personal data,
and if it processes the same, it has the right to access the collected personal data, the right to be informed about the purpose of the processing,
the type of personal data being processed, the recipient or recipients to whom the data has been or will be disclosed,
on the expected retention period or the criteria for determining the same, on the right to correction, deletion, limitation of processing and the right to object,
on the right to submit a complaint to the Commissioner, available data on the source of information when the same was not collected from the person to whom the information refers,
as well as whether there is automated decision-making, including profiling from Article 38 para. 1 and 4 of this law (Article 26 of the ZZPL).
Right to correction and addition
The person to whom the data refer has the right to have his inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. Depending on the purpose of the processing,
the person to whom the data refers has the right to supplement his/her incomplete personal data, which includes giving an additional statement (Article 29 of the ZZPL).
The right to erasure of personal data
The person to whom the data refers has the right to have his personal data deleted if the conditions from Article 30 of the ZZPL are met.
Right to restriction of processing
The person to whom the data refers has the right to have the processing of his personal data restricted if one of the conditions stipulated in Article 31 paragraph 1 of the ZZPLa is met.
(inaccurate data, illegal processing, no longer needed data, legal grounds objection).
The right to object
If he considers that it is justified, in relation to the particular situation in which he is, the person to whom the data refer has the right to submit an objection to the processing of his data at any time

Right to data portability
The person to whom the data refers has the right to receive his personal data, which he previously submitted to the controller, from him in a structured, commonly used and
in an electronically readable form and has the right to transfer that data to another operator, without interference from the ROOSTER operator to whom the data was delivered,
if the conditions prescribed by Article 36 of the ZZPL are cumulatively met
(consent, contract, automated processing except for exceptions; for more details, see the conditions of the Law) or for these data to be directly transferred to another operator, if this is technically feasible.
Automated decision making and profiling
Automated decision-making refers to a situation where a decision is made entirely without human involvement.
Automatically collected and processed data concerning a specific person, his habits, preferences and behavior on the Internet, constitutes "profiling".
The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision made solely on the basis of automated processing, including profiling,
if that decision produces legal consequences for that person or that decision
significantly affects his position (except for the exceptions listed in Article 38 of the ZZPLa: necessary decision, legally legitimate interest, consent; for more details, see the conditions of the Law).
Why do we collect this information?

What do we do with your data?
